No. It is a focused SMS reminder tool designed to work alongside the system or spreadsheet you already use.
Can we import our current veterinary recall spreadsheet?+
Yes. AutoRemind imports .xlsx files and reports any rows it cannot use, including the row number and reason.
Do pet owners need an app or account?+
No. They receive a normal SMS. When confirmations are enabled, the message contains a secure web link they can open in their browser.
Can several pets share an owner's phone number?+
Yes. Keep one row per pet and reminder date. Each row can use the same owner phone number.
Which languages are supported?+
The app and confirmation experience support English, Portuguese and French. Your SMS template uses the wording you provide.
Do we need our own Twilio account?+
The Free plan uses your own Twilio account. Starter and Pro include managed SMS, so AutoRemind handles that setup.
